Do you open the door when people stop by without calling/texting beforehand?

I've been working all week and am in my nightgown. I just did a lactic acid peel and my face is red and I hear the doorbell! I'm sorry I didn't open the door but I have a real problem when people think they can stop by without getting in contact with me first.

A friend in need is a friend indeed.
