Funny you would ask this today - i tidy up the house and make the bed every day EXCEPT MY BIRTHDAY - that day is my total day off each year. And today is my birthday so - no housework today.

Like Emma, the bed is made every morning but I've stopped with the comforter and bed pillows unless company is coming or I happen to be in the mood.

I say you live your life...YOUR way. I make my bed everyday...first thing..except Sundays. I like a lazy Sunday...I made my bed partially up today and am still in it.

I must admit I don't understand the point of a lot of bed pillows either. Too annoying. I have 4 regular pillows (2 each side). Just one decorative pillow. I've seen some beds that are more pillow than bed with half the bed covered in pillows.

Sounds like my husband, but he no longer complains because he is proud of our home and appreciates the work I put into it. Now when we first married he would make fun of my need for so many pillows on the bed.
