Re: Do you like to work puzzles?

Growing up I had siblings who were great at puzzles, me, not so much. I'm great at analytical type situations - taxes, spreadsheets, etc However, anything requiring spatial visions, I'm so lost. For example, I am not one that can look at plans or diagrams and imagine how things will look once completed (for renovations, etc).

Re: Do you like to work puzzles?

My Mom who passed on at 98 loved to do word searches and did them every day. Myself I have a lot of trouble w/them.

Re: Do you like to work puzzles?

I've always liked word searches, mazes, word jumbles, and crosswords that weren't too difficult. In the last year or so, I've gotten to really enjoy jigsaw puzzles. I do both the regular ones, and online. I love the ones on line as the choices are endless.

I started a new one last night. It's three hundred pieces, but they're kind of over sized, so the finished puzzle will be 18ins. by 2 ft. It's a challenge because the picture is of all kinds of flowers randomly scattered about. It's very pretty, but will take me some time. pinky

Re: Do you like to work puzzles?

I've always loved doing jigsaw puzzles, but I have not had a lot of time lately to do one. (Once I start one, I usually stay up way too late doing them!) Smile I've got boxes and boxes of them in my garage just waiting for me to put them together. I usually do them during the winter months, after the busy holiday season; so it's something I am looking forward to getting back to doing. I also love the daily Jumble and Jumble Jong on the web is fun, too.
