Do you know what you mean when you refer to "your type"?

I have a good friend who is single and is constantly dissing potential dates because as she says they are not "her type". But when she is asked exactly what "her type" is she can't tell you other than saying she'll know him when she meets him! Do you know what your type is and can you put it into words?
