i get weekly manicures and bi-weekly pedicures. If I don't want a colored polish, I usually opt for a very pale polish and keep it neutral.

No..My finger nails are naked but groomed..Between lifting,boxing and taking care of my babies it would never last...

My toes are colored until the polish falls off then I do a pedi..

Hands...just filed and clean for the most part. My nails are weak and have never grown much.

toes polished - not fingers. i am always doing too much DIY around here! it would take too much work to keep nails polished and pretty.

and hearing someone refer to it as ""painted"" is like fingernails on a chalkboard to me! my mom always corrected us - nails are polished. housed are painted.

I do my own. Right now I have Perfect Formula on my fingernails and butter LONDON gold on my toens.

Mine used to be that way too. Then I started using Perfect Formula and they're strong and grow fast!

The pink gel coat? I had to stop using that because it was weakening my nails. Too bad because I liked the look.
