I will be retiring from teaching in June. My husband and I are in good health. Very thankful for family and friends.  Happy Holidays to all!!

We got our furnace put in today. I thought being without heat, the house would be cold, but it was toasty warm

They are coming back tomorrow ,to do our air conditioner, and a man is coming to do our gutters ,if it doesn't rain

Each time something gets done, I breathe a sigh of relief

We had our hvac replaced,new gutters with covers and my mammogram was clean. My family is healthy, the tree is up and gifts are bought and or shipped. All is well.

Our air conditioner was installed today. They will have to come back in the Spring to finish. It couldn't be run today ,because of the temps

The gutter guy was here ,and took a look around. He said it looks like rain, and they will be back to work on the house when the weather is better
