Do you have or use a rebounder?

What do you get from it and

what do you expect to get from it?

Any thoughts!

I have mine 14 years in May. Love mine.
I also bought the frame for mine so, it's off the floor 13"".
Easier to get on and off.
I exercise in-between commercials 😁

Re: Do you have or use a rebounder?

I bought mine because it is supposed to help with leg circulation and lymphatic drainage.  I get up from my computer for 2 minutes an hour while I'm working to get some movement in.  I keep hearing that "sitting is the new smoking" and the rebounder helps break up sitting for long periods.

Had one a long time ago. One of those things I used very little, stopped and gave away. Wasn't friendly for me.

Re: Do you have or use a rebounder?

I bought a Pilates set up many years ago, the rebounder and a platform - spent a wad.  I should have never done it.  It was one of my more regrettable QVC purchases.  It took up way too much space. DH figured out how to fold it.  It took up most of a closet but out of sight, out of mind.  We tried to sell it but there wasn't much interest.  We practically gave it away at a garage sale last year but I would have given it away just so we wouldn't have to haul it back in the house and store it again.  I took that cash fast and DH helped the customer load it before they changed their mind.  😄
