I can't just pick one.  I love roses of any kind for a lovely flower. For a field of flowers I love poppies.

Tall nicotiana,  Peony, Cornflower,  moss rose,  Lavender ( love the plant not the scent)  and the Garlic Chive plant. pretty and the bees go NUTS for it.
