@debic, Funny you should mention your DH hating swiss steak so you don't make it anymore.  I love stuffed cabbage with  mashed potatoes and my DH hates anything involving cabbage and/or sauerkraut (and my stuffed cabbage has both).  Last time I made it was about 2 years ago as my daughter  wanted me to teach her how to make it.  I miss it but it's not the kind of thing you make for just two people (especially when one of them refuses to even try it).  I still have a hard time not cooking for an army!
