I was just thinking about this yesterday - my favorite carols and favorite season songs.
Number one for me is Oh Holy Night. then Ave Maria, We Three Kings, It came upon a midnight clear.
General Christmas season song would be Silver Bells - I remember loving that song when I worked downtown in a large city and the department stores had amazing displays in their windows, played Christmas music, streets decorated and people hurrying around town - that is Silver Bells to me and great memories.
Actually I love all Carols/Hymns - love singing them (although not very well). Not as fond of secular Chrlistmas music. It is OK, but for me it is the timeless Carols

I have a senior citizen choir, and we're performing 18 programs this month.
I'm fortunate because I can include many of my favorites in our choral selections, such as O Holy Night, Gesu Bambino, and Child of the Poor (which is often sung with What Child is This as a backdrop.)
I also especially love Bizet's March of the Kings, I Wonder as I Wander, and The Holly and the Ivy.
I love Christmas music, and never tire of it!
