Do you have a WORD for yourself (a behavior) for this new year?

There's a few I'm still trying to decide between. Do you have a word this year you want to hear yourself say more, or a word that describes a behavior you want to change? It could be for change for the good for yourself. You don't even need to mention it here, mine I think I'll write on my calendar and be grateful every day I think it or use it.

Enough

I AM enough, just the way I am.

I HAVE enough in terms of material possessions.

I DO enough for others and will no longer be guilted/pushed into doing more or things that I'd rather not do.

I've HAD enough of the nonsense and drama that goes on around me and will walk away from it and not engage.
