Do you have Cox Cable?

I'm about to cancel them and go back to Direct TV. I can't stand it when the picture starts breaking up, locking up and/or going dark. We had a tech here a few days ago who claimed to have fixed the problem but it is still happening. My dear friend who lived in Vegas and had Cox complained about them all the time. Anyone have this problem?
