personally I do not.  I see the REAL price. I would only buy it IF I really wanted it...or felt the price was a good fair price.

I'm a 'rounder upper'. Any price I see, I automatically round up to the next dollar if the change portion is over 50 cents. 

 

So no, I don't fall for it.

Oh come on .... does anyone REALLY think pricing something at $59.99 instead of $60.00 is a sneaky attempt that any adult would actually "fall" for?  That one measly penny in question will not make or break any retailer's annual earnings.
