For me, 90% of the time, we are good. Every so often it happens; however, I feel very blessed to share my life with him.

.....come to think of it ......maybe he does those errands because he feels the same about me
So true, so true.Anyone in an honest, real relationship can relate to the OP's post.
Sometimes, he needs to run an errand to have a little distance from me.
Sometimes, I need a little distance from him.
It's all good in the end.
Oh really? OK posters, those of us who answered (or answers) NO to this question, is in a dishonest and unreal marriage. Donna says so.
That's not what she said. Jeesh!

My husband works from home, after many years of traveling. I can honestly say that one day I told him, "Please do me a favor." He said, "Sure." I said, " Please get in your vehicle and drive to the end of the driveway and sit there for a few minutes." I mean you ladies all know what the need of private girl time is- he laughed it off so there ya go. It's gotten easier over the last 3yrs but having someone under foot all the time & questioning the whys and what's of things they never noticed before- I just grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, LOL LOL Oh yeah I'm perfect..

Well, I took "strangle" to be a figure of speech. And no, he is still working from home today. I won't strangle him but I like to have my routines and some things are just easier done when he isn't around to get in my way. In 20 years, I think we've had maybe two real disagreements.

Maybe not strangle (though I am sure nobody really means that LITERALLY) but sometimes I think a nice flick to his ear (he hates that) or giving him a wedgie would be something I could see myself doing.
Just to be a pain in the a--. <--- no pun intended!
My marriage is happy but sometimes we p-ss each other off or irritate the other, but then we happily get over it. We're human like that.

No
John, I think about you and Cindy often and pray that all is going well. I love your life story. (and share your sentiments in regards to the question).
Hello Minkbunny - I hope all is well with you. How is your cowboy. You two have a real love story.
Thanks for contributing to the thread.

Sometimes I am looking for something and, when I cannot find it, he'll say 'Well, it has to be somewhere'. Gee, ya think? I find remarks like that not only infuriating but totally NOT helpful.

Just remember to never go to bed angry with each other.......that good night kiss is so important.
Here's wishing I could do that again......
