I do, but I know I'm an anomaly. At-home exercise equipment, I know I wouldn't use. I enjoy being at the gym.

Doing it right now on treadmill. Just took dog for 2 miles. Going to gym for weights a nd 5 miles bike while watching news tonight. Be doing it for 60 years. I,m 83.
Tomorrow morning zumba and yoga stretch. I put in about 3 hours every day, no joke. Get nervous if I don,t exercise, plus I can do all my own house cleaning, and large yard work. Sleep well at night. No time for nap.

I think I'd like the Peleton. The workouts would give me something to focus on and it looks pretty tough which keeps me more interested. I'm extra proud of myself when I do something difficult and it makes me want to go back to improve. I loved doing Insanity because it was so hard.
I normally run outside and love it but I do need an interesting route to give me something to think about. When winter keeps me stuck on a treadmill I'm lucky to make it 30 minutes. I have a very bad attention span.

I enjoy the fun stuff: tennis (we're terrible, but we have a good time), softball, bowling, badmitton....any type of game.
I also enjoy my water aeorbics, but this time of year (time change) I cut back to once or twice per week.
I love to swim, both laps in the pool or playing out in the ocean.
I do NOT love my treadmill. We have a more complicated relationship.
I definitely feel better when I'm moving daily than when I'm not.

Yes - love the way I feel after my lap swim and weight training along with long walks
love to eat more - so I better continue with the workouts

I love exercise, anything where I’m moving. My body doesn’t function well without it. I feel 100% better when I exercise. These days I walk outdoors for several hours a day, usually first thing in the morning.
