I love my treadmill! I watch tv while I am doing it, makes the time go by fast. I do feel that you have to mix it up though as to not get bored. I also do walking DVD's (Leslie Sansone, walk at home). I really like those too because some of the workouts use weights and some do jogging, again changing it up. I do what I'm in the mood for. I am not one of those people who like to go out to the gym. I like to have my coffee in the morning, then workout, then take a shower......and I don't care what I look like when I exercise at home, LOL.

NOPE!
I have a treadmill and stationary bike in my lower level. I use one of them everyday for 20-30 minutes after dinner. The exercise has helped me control my blood sugar.

I hate exersizing and I don't do it. It's just not my thing. I walk, weather permitting, for the cardiovascular benefit and emotional and social benefits. I know a couple of people who have equipment in their homes, I know several who workout at fitness centers. None of them has ever said they love. A couple have said how much they hate it but they motivated by the benefits. I wish I could be like that, do it because it's good for me even though I hate it. But...that isn't me.

Yes. We have a very basic compact exercise bike and both DH and I use it almost every day. It's just maintenance like brushing your teeth. It's the bare minimum, and it at least feels satisfying to get it out of the way.
Funnily enough, we placed our bike in our living room facing the tv, behind the sitting area, similar to how they showcase the bikes in those schmancy Peloton commercials. It's right there when you walk down the hall from the bedroom. Click on the tv and ride for however long you want. Feeling tense? Jump on the bike for 5 min.
Here is the biggest secret to success with home exercise equipment: implement and abide by the rule that nothing is allowed to be temporarily draped on the equipment. Learned this from loads of experience. Also, place it where you will see it regularly.

Yes I do love exercising. I love walking briskly, outside, and up and down hills in my neighborhood. I walk outside year round, as the weather permits. If I cannot walk outside I go to an indoor track and walk briskly there for an hour or so.
I much prefer to walk outdoors and see the trees and have fresh air. I walk very early in the morning during warm weather and enjoy seeing the deer and fawns. I love my neighborhood!

Walking, especially, walking at a brisk pace IS exercise. I used to jog back when; now I power walk about 31/2 miles a day along the walk/cycle path on the beach. I sometimes don't feel like it, but I feel worse when I don't.
ETA: To correct dumb typos.

Yes, seven days a week.

I like and do yoga regularly as much for the meditative aspect as for the exercise. Also like to walk which is sometimes difficult here in Chicago. Our building has a "fitness center" but I have yet to use it and I've been here over 2 years.

I'm a walker. Everyday for 5 -8 miles a day. Do I enjoy it? Not always. LOL!

Enjoy it.....No but I do walk and have an exercise bike that I try to ride every day but I don't always succeed. The only exercise I actually enjoyed was swimming (in my younger days).
