Always.  I go for as much protein and fat as I can since carbs make me sluggish and leave me hungry before lunch.

“We know that wearing a mask outside health care facilities offers little, if any, protection from infection.

I eat two meals a day.  About 10AM I have yogurt and berries with flax meal and other good things... about 5pm I have something simple like salad  or usually salmon and steamed vegetables. That is all no snacks ever.

Yes, breakfast was always a part of my morning since childhood.

Lately, I've been doing oatmeal and a hard boiled egg.

Everyday, I love breakfast, my favorite meal of the day. You guys are so healthy, I eat flour tortillas mostly every day with my breakfast. I make them and hope I never get sick where I have to give them up.

I simply can't eat food in the morning, just coffee. I love eggs, though, and often have them for lunch or dinner. My sister is the exact opposite, she absolutely must have breakfast, but she's done eating by 5:00 pm. Since I live alone, I do more grazing on super healthy foods than I ever cook a full meal.

Always!  I eat early and light at dinner and am hungry in the morning.  Our bodies need fuel after those long hours of rest.  And we utilize the calories more efficiently the earlier in the day that we consume them.  Our metabolisms naturally slow down in the evening.

Most every morning I have a protein shake and I vary what I put in it, but it keeps me satisfied all morning long.

If I were to eat a heavy carb breakfast with bread or any kind of grains or flour I would be hungry by 10 A.M.  And it would slow me down.  Occasionally I will have this kind of breakfast on a weekend and then I just want to take a nap.   And go out for Chinese food a few hours later.  Smiley Happy

I've spoken to several doctors from the same foreign country and many of them said they eat what we here would consider dinner, for breakfast.  That way they can burn it off throughout the day.  They eat very light the rest of the day.

See I am the opposite- if I DO eat breakfast, I am super hungry all day long! I've tried to eat breakfast but I just can't. . I tend to eat lunch early though, like 11am. I know it is bad but I just can't do it regularly. I will if my parents are over because they eat breakfast but I never feel good after I do.

I'm exactly the same. I've experimented with eating breakfast during my adult life and it's a no-go for me.  I'll be starving all day long.  So I skip the breakfast and I'm good to go.  I don't think it's bad not to eat breakfast. It's whatever works for you.
