Yes,  peanut butter and banana on whole grain toast with cinnamon and decaf coffee. Love it and it's good for you. My other fav is oatmeal (old fashion, never instant) with almond milk, banana, walnuts, raisens, flax/chia seeds and cinnamon.

See I am the opposite- if I DO eat breakfast, I am super hungry all day long! I've tried to eat breakfast but I just can't. . I tend to eat lunch early though, like 11am. I know it is bad but I just can't do it regularly. I will if my parents are over because they eat breakfast but I never feel good after I do.

Me too, I am opposite, if I eat breakfast I am eating all day.

Oh wow, breakfast is my favorite meal of the day!..

We get up early and can't even wait to eat...My Husband used to never eat anything,  but now he say's he doesn't know how he didn't eat til late morning...It is so good for you to start the day with fuel for the body, and helps start your metabolism working...

@HappyDaze of course a good "coke a cola" wouldn't hurt...LOL  (I have tried it)

LOL @quadmimi!!! Yeah, i can see myself having a Coke every morning! Breakfast of champions and oh so delicious, lol! Smiley Happy

My husband never used to eat breakfast either but since having his heart attack, the doc said he really needs to. It took him quite a number of months before he was able to do it without feeling hungry all day (he was like me in that way) and to tolerate it and now he actually is hungry for breakfast in the morning. He was even more anti-breakfast than I was when I met him so seeing him eat breakfast every morning is so strange, lol.

We do eat breakfast every day.  It is often cereal and milk or oatmeal with flax oil and fruit and milk.  I have discovered that if I use 2 percent or whole milk, I do not get hungry at 10 a.m.

Sometimes we have a soft boiled egg and toast, occasionally a waffle or pancake and some bacon or sausage.  Sometimes grits and eggs!!!!!!

If I have to be up early, it's something quick like cereal and yogurt.

On mornings when I have more time, I love to make eggs, crispy proscuitto, and toast with Kerrygold Irish butter. YUM!

@todaysrx  Isn't that just the best!  Expensive for sure, but we love it too.

As a young person, I would never eat in the mornings.  Then, I would be snacking on junk off and on all day.

As I've gotten older, I find that I must eat something in the morning.  I don't feel well if I don't.

When I am good, I eat oatmeal with walnuts.  If I am in a rush, I will eat a protein bar or perhaps a bananna or even yogurt.

When I am bad, I will eat a donut or a bagel.

And have to have my coffee.  Even though it's decaf!!!

I can take it or leave it.

If I do it's eggs or full breakfast with sauage or bacon and hash browns.  Bananas, oatmeal, bagels, english muffuns always make me hungry all day long.   Donuts don't do that. ha ha!

Some days I try to see how long I can go before I get hungry enough to eat.

Most of the time but only if I'm hungry. I heard it gets your metabolism started for the day but I don't believe in eating just because it's a certain time of day or occasion.
