Do you donate to any charities

Do you know how much of your donation goes to the charity? Once upon a time I donated to about four on an annual basis. Now there are so many and most I have never heard about. I feel that there are some who donate because they care. These online people are making a killing posing as charities, that do not even exist and bilking people out of more money than most people make in a year. Do you still donate?
