Re: Do you cut open products ...

I turn things upside down, but I don't cut anything open. I flatten the toothpaste on the edge of the vanity.

Re: Do you cut open products ...

I add water to shampoo, conditioner and detergent. There's a LOT more in a bottle of Tide. Just add a bit of water and shake it up.

I also turn jars and bottles upside down in the refrigerator. That goes for dressings, ketchup, and other assorted condiments. I don't scrape out the bottom from the mayo jar, ever! {#emotions_dlg.scared}

I get out as much as I can from everything. Why not?

No. If I didn't have a new bottle of whatever it is, I probably would if I needed more.

Oh, yes I do! Toothpaste, makeup, hair products. Whatever it is, if it comes in a tube, I cut the tube to get every last drop.

Yep, me too.

Yes with body lotion, moisturizer and makeup...I cut open the plastic pump bottle to get the remains because after the pump stops working, there's still too much left to throw away.

No, I don't have the time, the patience, nor the mentality to do this.

True and it cracks me up..I waste SO MUCH in the fridge and freezer...food wise...left overs...things I buy and don't use but when it comes to the last dishwashing liquid..laundry detergent, shampoo, lotion, even ketchup I get the last drop!

I will throw hunks of meat and other things away unused...clean closets out and toss old can goods..but don't you dare not rinse out that bottle of laundry liquid or dishwashing!!!LOL

It depends what it is. By the time I empty a jar of mayo, what's left is pretty rank and dried up. I have been known to cut open plastic tubes of toothpaste though.

Yep, this is me too! Toothpaste and my L'Occitane hand cream.
