Along with this question, have you heard a quote that either you do or don't agree with?

No , if it were true, people would never have children, or become part of a group..Some of lifes best times can be shared with many

When I was in high school my brother would bother me when my boyfriend would be around. So three was definitely a crowd then. So I guess it all depends on the situation or the third person.
Find a penny pick it up and all the day you'll have good luck. Really? I hurt my back bending over for that penny! No more! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Luckily, I have great friends. After my divorce, I was the 3rd, 5th, 7th, person at many gatherings and events. They always included me and never made me feel like the odd person out. A couple of them are now divorced and they are included the same way.

No...i think two OR three is company!! As i grew up one of three children!!
The quote i hear i don't agree with is:
God only gives you what you can handle........
(not believing that one)

Or when someone passes and - they are in a better place or they aren't suffering anymore or they aren't in any more pain. Honestly, I know people mean well but it doesn't help at all hearing those things. I will never say any of those to someone that just lost a loved one.

I couldn't choose between:
Your judged by the company you keep, and
If you lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas.
Both are true

@qualitygal I always thought "two is company and three is a crowd" had to do with romance-you want to be alone with your partner and the third person needs to leave so you can do "romantic things" alone.
I never took that quote to mean anything else.

@qualitygal I only believe that quote in certain situations.
My very favorite is one by Eleanor Roosevelt - "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent".
