What do you think?  Are there people who truly can speak to the dead and see the future?

I want to believe that there are people that have these abilities. And there have been times where I just knew something was not going to go right or would be fine. (Case in point - my hubby just returned from a horrendous trip that was as disaster from the start. And I told him long before the trip to just bag it).

But really, I don't know.

I don't think that anyone can really talk to the dead via a spirit guide. I've been an audience member in a show where the medium picks random audience members and channels their departed loved one.

Although the chosen audience member seemed overcome with the accuracy of the medium, since I was not the one picked I could not tell if this was real or staged.

Yes, I do. I have been somewhat psychic for most of my life, and while I have no control of it, which means that sometimes knowledge just comes to me, it has made me a believer. I am not a medium, though I had an amazing reading from one who (while not knowing who I was at all) told me all about my father, who died when I was 3. She told me names, dates, places, things about my extended family that no one knows but me. So yes, I am a believer.
