Last night I tried anchovies for the first time. On Caesar salad. I loved it! Just a few cut up small after a thorough rinsing.

Now, how long will the remainder stay fresh in the refrigerator? Should I freeze small amounts for future salads?

Free, I'm so proud of you! Afraid I can't help you with storing them since we always finish those little tins. One thing you can do is to mash them and add them to some salad dressing. I make my own Italian dressing and love to toss them in and store in the fridge. Just make the adjustment for salt.
