Do dogs get muscle cramps?

Yesterday our puppy had the strangest pain that seemed like a charlie horse.

She woke up from a nap was walking around find and when she went to favorite sunny spot to stretch out and mid stretch she cried out. She tensed her one leg mid stretch, I of course panic. I rubbed her leg ?! (I was at a loss) and after a few moments it was over and she off running a playing like nothing every happened.{#emotions_dlg.confused1}

Should I be worried?
