Early this afternoon I was putting gift cards in those Christmas cards made specially for them. I didn't even think about the glitter on them (Santa had a glittery hat) till I was in the bathroom later fixing my hair to run to the store. I had glitter all around my mouth and on my nose. How it got specifically there I don't know but I used scotch tape, the sticky side, to get it off.

I couldn't say if I've received cards with glitter or not.  Looking at the cards from this year, there is no glitter.  No, I don't think they should be banned.

Good thing you cleaned it off.  The store may have gotten upset if you walked in with glitter on you.

People know when you've been around anything with glitter because you twinkle the rest of the day....and perhaps for a few more days after that..Smiley LOL Nothing like having sparkling highlights on your face and hair.Woman Very Happy

I personally like cards with glitter on them.

I'm just happy to see some Christmas cards in our mailbox.  I never stopped to think about checking to see if there was glitter on them.

For the holidays I wear glitter nail polish.  I love glitter.

@nana59   So....when you really get mad.....what REALLY sets you off? If glitter gets you so hot you need to post about the unlawfulness of glitter....  I worry for you....keep guns out of the house..... please....

With all the really terrible things there are to deal with, I can't imagine a Christmas card being outlawedWoman Frustrated

Haha!! My sister feels the same way. Glitter is hard to clean up. Even when you think you got it all, you find some. I do love glitter cards though, they are pretty.

I once got a piece of glitter in my eye and wowsa! That was so painful and I could not get it out myself, I had to see an eye doctor.
