No she does not ,just look at pictures of william when he was little.

This is the picture I think looks like Princess Charlotte.  I know this is her brother but there are one's of Prince William that I think look just like this, too.  I'll see if I can find one!

Charlotte resembles the queen as she (the queen) looks now, not so much in the baby picture comparison.

As far as any resemblance of other relatives, I think such comparisons are purely subjective.  I remember someone saying once that all babies look like Winston Churchill, lol.  As far as the blue clothing on their Christmas card being a subliminal message as to the gender of the new baby, who knows?
