I'm all about the gossip. Apparently Camille rejected Kelsey's offer of $30 Million just before Christmas because he was not willing to pay child support or alimony in addition to this settlement. Kelsey's net worth is said to be $100 Million, earned within the course of his marriage.
Do you think Camille is entitled to half of the fortune? (From what I've read, Kelsey was practically destitute when they met and married.) If so, should that absolve him from paying any child support, alimony or wages for the 4 nannies, house managers, etc.?
My thoughts are if they were married in a community property state, she is entitled to the $50 Million, as there was no prenup. In turn, he should not be responsible for what would be court ordered child support, alimony or any other expenses incurred by Camille (as they would have the same net worth, thus she should be responsible for her own expenses).
Thoughts?
