Do You Like Your Mac And Cheese Creamy Or...Not Creamy (?)

LOL I don't even know what you'd call "not creamy"--crusty? chunky?{#emotions_dlg.confused1}

Anyway, the latter's how I prefer mine. Not that there's anything wrong with creamy mac and cheese, you understand. I'd never pass it up, and I love Panera Bread's creamy mac and cheese with Vermont cheddar.

It might also have something to do with the kind of cheese used. When I use cheddar, it seems to be less creamy. The kids always liked it creamy, and so does DH. I do believe that's probably the preference of most people.
