My favorite is Extra - watermelon!  I ONLY chew sugarless gum.

My dentist advises chewing sugarless gum after a meal for 15 minutes if you can't brush your teeth.

I find it a good substitute for brushing.

I think some of them actually are supposed to (somehow) clean your teeth.

Growing up my mama always told me chewing gum was unladylike & tacky, so...to this day I don't chew gum.

 

I also tried smoking in my early 20's and my mama said I'd be much prettier without the nasty thing in my mouth, so...I don't smoke either.

 

I guess I listened to my mama...most of the time!
