I should have said stung rondell...errr they hurt. They are very scary looking too...like a mini bug from the dinosaur age.

Sorry you had a bad experience.. My childhood friend had them growing up and I loved the tickle when one crawled up my arm....

Good description. They run really fast, too. I saw one chase after DH once. Those little creeps are brave, too. I hate them.

Yikes...I know. One night I was in bed with my new puppy laying on my legs.I was reading a book and happened to look at my doggy and saw a movement right near her while she was sleeping...it was scorpion headed right for me. I was afraid to jump thinking it might sting my dog. It was trucking so fast towards me I jumped and grabbed a magazine to whack it with. Has anyone tried to kill a scorpion on a soft surface?
