We have had the same property manager since the early 1990's. We have had a number of issues over the years and we are done. We started with four rentals (inherited from my dh's mother) and now are down to just one. To make this short and not bore you with details, here is my question: If the property manager fails to adhere to the terms of the lease (regarding the tenants), can we advise the manager that the lease is now invalid and cancel our contract? The lease is up at the end of September, but standing on principal, I would like to terminate this contract sooner rather than later.
