Do Employees Need 6 weeks Vac.

Is this a part of why u.s. companies are folding? The unions fought for everything under the sun and got their employees many benefits. I fear that it came at a great cost and loss...Times were good then but now a lot of our college educated citizens are working Temp part time jobs with out any benefits..

Dh has been with his company 17 years. He gets four weeks , but he never gets to

take them..
