@RescueLover  posted a promo code for 25% off that is good through 9/7. If the code doesn't work for you, try just placing the order and then calling CS and have them apply it.

My DIL received  a card with AUG20GJ for 20% off an item; and I saw AUGUST20 somewhere. 
Neither worked for me.

@Susan Louise   Yes I did,,   But ive had no luck with contacting CS after to apply the discount l. Always told sorry,  but not eligible. I in turn tell them it's not really fair as everyone should be able to use the discount codes.

@Kitty Galore   I've never had a problem. The only other thing I can suggest is calling CS again and talk with another rep so they can apply the promo code/discount.

When I use a promo code, I place the order 1st and then call CS...

Most of the discount codes are provided for use with the Q Card.  That generates revenue for QVC while still giving customers a reason to order.  

It is completely fair.
