Direct TV

We have lost 25 channels because viacome (sp) wants to charge Direct TV more money. My husband is so mad he wants us to cancel but we have a contract with them and I am sure they will charge us for leaving even though my husband says they have broken their agreement but they are a big company and the bad thing is they get my payment directly from my bank. I don't know what to do. I have lost TV L,and Nickloden and a lot of other channels. I feel like Direct Tv needs to just pay it. I'm sure they can afford it. What is everyone else doing who has Direct TV??
