Me, too! I hope the FCC does this as well. Once a year as my promotions end, I contact the retention depts. at each of the companies for cable, phone, and internet and renegotiate new rates. Gets tiring but is a necessary task to keep prices from going even higher--and they're high enough as it is!!!

We had Time Warner for 20 years and we would have the technicians here at least once a month for different issues....digital phone going out......slow internet.....digital break up on the TV....some of the time it was squirrels chewing the lines...
Finally went to Direct TV......we never have any issues but the cost has almoet doubled since our introductory package. We still have internet thru TWC because ATT is the only other reasonable option and it is unreliable and takes forever to get a tech out...
My daughter's family is going to ditch Direct TV and go with Roku....
