if you put Live chat in the Amazon search box, an Amazon Customer Service message will appear with several options for contacting them.
ETA: Last time had to put in "Live chat Amazon customer service". Apparently the search parameters were changed a bit.

My favorite is the method where you punch in your phone number and it IMMEDIATELY calls you. I've always gotten THE best customer service from Amazon, whether it be this method or email.

Thank you for all the replies and helpful suggestions. I received the missing items after using the live chat. I am going to copy and paste all the useful choices of contacting customer service.
Thank you to all who shared the different ways to contact customer service.

I hate calling Amazon! They always settle the issue and the service is good. But, I always get connected to someone who has one of those radio type phones they use with overseas calls The darn thing distorts the CS voice, goes in and out. Their accent is hard enough , but wouldn't be that bad if you could hear them clearly. Mt friend and my daughter have had these CS connections. Seems like it is after 5pm (california time) or weekends. Anyone else have these calls. Every once in a while I talk to someone in the US on a regular phone, but not often enough!
I am going to try live chat.
Another thing, I wish all CS reps would stop repeating every word I say, before they answer a question. So irritating, and a waste of time. Not just Amazon, many companies employ this method. A bunch of Parrots, LOL!
