@Linmo As someone who is retired after doing criminal defense work for MANY YEARS, I can assure all the sentencing critics that he has 5 YRS of supervised parole after he is released from prison.
He will be watched very closely. If he so much as fails to "dot an I" or "cross a T" he will be reprimanded and held to acct. There are consequences on a continuum for infractions. Most importantly, that would include trying to contact any victim (or have anyone else do so).
If he thinks he can "talk his way" out of negative situations, I assure you the officers in the parole dept are seasoned professionals who will come down hard on him.
In my experience, if a parolee is violated and his parole is revoked, he will have to return to court and the judge will tend to sentence him to the maximum term reccommended at the original sentencing. They don't fool around in the Parole Dept.
He better understand his every move will be monitored.

His troubles are far from over. Remember, there are numerous civil cases (yes, some involving male victims) still pending.
Between legal fees and settlements of these cases, his fortune will likely dwindle substantially.
His children, unfortunately, also suffer.

Agree with you all- Another high profile rich guy gets away with his crimes with very little consequences. At least he will do a few years and it won't be fun! But Nothing surprises me anymore...

There's pretty good chance of him getting pardoned isn't there? I believe it was mentioned by "someone". Lots of others have been.

I can't imagine he won't be cancelled when he gets out of prison. Just the visual of him throwing around his gf and sitting in his robe surrounded by gallons of baby oil make me want to wretch. He's so gross.
I don't wish to see people harmed in prison. I hope he uses the time to evaluate how he's misused the gifts that were given him in life and vow to do better in the future.
I agree the image is disturbing, the baby oil, drugs, cameras, were not about pleasure, they were about power. This is not addiction to sex. It’s addiction to control, image, and emotional detachment.
It’s about orchestrating instead of connecting, watching instead of participating. They are mechanisms of dominance. It is not eroticism. It’s pathology.
Early trauma and exposure to chaos. Sean Comb vs the constructed persona “Diddy.” a compulsive need to control environments, people, and narratives. Something he could not do early on.
When unresolved trauma meets unchecked power, it doesn’t just distort intimacy. It leads to abuse.

I was hoping it would be at least 11 years which is what the prosecution requested. 4 years is too little. His attorneys will probably do everything to get him out sooner. They recently admitted they will try to get a pardon.

Great question ... when I first read this, I was guessing that he hoped he'd be out and have to report in a month or two to begin the sentence.
Miami is a hop, skip, and a jump to leave the country on one of his private planes .... or someone else's private plane. I bet Jeffrey Epstein would have helped him in an instant, if he was still alive.
