that you are not allowed to register complaints with QVC? They delete anything that is negative, and their customer service people are extremely condescending?

 

You will never get an acknlowgement that you have a valid complaint, and you finally are so upset you don't shop for months. Then you shop again hoping things are different, and they are not. 

 

I don't know what has happened to QVC in the last 18 months, but it is not good.

I don't know that at all..  I called yesterday with a complaint about the condition of a product just delivered.  CS listened carefully, took the info, apologized (although I suspect the error belongs to the vendor's manufacturer!), put a note in my file about return postage,and could not have been more polite to me.  She was so good that by the time we finished, I was calmed down and could make my own decision regarding the return.

 

Too bad OP didn't get the same CS rep - or maybe she did.  We''ll never know.  I just know my own experiences with QVC CS have been excellent.

We have had continual attacks on QVC for a couple of months now.  All from newly registered names we have never heard of who never come back.

 

IMO it's all a set-up.

Since the OP didn't explain what she had a complaint about it may very well be it wasn't something QVC did that was actually wrong.  OP may or may not have been the one nasty and condescending to CS.  She apparantly has had other "problems" and that seems odd that she should be unfortunate to have legitimate issues. Why post here if the spesifics are not explained.  In all the years I've shopped here I have never had a complaint about QVC's CS as any problems were quickly rectified.

Obviously, anything is possible, but I rate QVC as having GREAT customer service.  I've been a customer since the beginning, and they have always been very respectful and helpful.  That's not to say that I couldn't get someone with an attitude  who doesn't belong in the CS department, but it hasn't happened yet.

Sounds like the OP may have posted negative feedback on Facebook.  Can't think where else since it wasn't on the forum.  Yes, I would imagine negative feedback on Facebook is deleted.
