[Rainbows and Roses]

I love this store and online. I was in one in Dallas this past weekend.........it was a small one but ok enough........unless you work in the cosmetics department (you get a salary or by the hour and a tiny commission) but if you are in handbags, shoes, accessories, men or women's clothing or any other area you are all commission...........so if you spend 2 hours deciding on shoes and get two pair and spend $400 the person only makes $40. My goodness.........I guess they can make some pretty good money but really.......yet they hop to it......and they are always happy employees when I see them.
