I have ,but only twice. Yesterday was my second time. I took my husband, and myself to Cracker Barrel for an early dinner
It was absolutely packed and we had to wait about 1/2 hr to get seated. We looked around for a while, and then my husband went up to wait at the reception station ,for the last bit of time.
We were close to being called ,when I looked up ,and walking through the archway , leaving the dining room ,was Rev. Jesse Jackson. He looked really pleasant and happy. He had a big smile on his face. He was with a couple of gentlemen.
We didn't want to intrude on his privacy, and the people around us either didn't notice him ,or felt the same way. I don't know what happened after he passed us.
He is here to give an award to someone. We heard he was at a Baptist church in Detriot

I saw Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston at his niece's or nephew's (not sure which) basketball game. I was there to see my students play, and his family was playing on the court right next to ours. I was less than 20 feet from them the whole game. They both had on sunglasses, but as soon as they were recognized, word spread throughout the crowd. To everyone's credit, we all remained seated--no one was bugging them for autographs...but I don't think anyone was watching the game. lol

I've done websites for a few, corresponded with others and knew a bunch of PAs. I know the details of a sexual harassment suit that wasn't true (recent headlines) to an Oscar winner's porn addiction. TMI.

Paul Ryan and his family were eating at the same restaurant where we were dining. This happened last year.

Many years ago my parents were friends with a woman who was dating a piano player at the Playboy Club in Lake Geneva, and we were able to meet Tina Turner, I will always remember how nice she was, offering my sister and I cheese, and fruit, we were only probably 10, and 12....
Then again as an adult my cousin married a Denver Broncos football player and at the height of his career , we were visiting them in L.A. and went to a exclusive nightclub and met Eddie Murphy......
My husband and I also met and took pics with Magic Johnson.....I also met and received his book from Kareem Abdul Jabbar.......
The two that were super nice and memorable were Tina Turner and Magic!!!!!

I used to live in NYC, where you often see famous people. I ran into ****** Van ****** at a craft fair years and years ago. I actually spoke to him. He couldn't have been nicer! Passed through a revolving door .. in opposite directions ... with JFK Jr. Saw Tony Robbins during intermission at a Broadway show. I sat with Henry Kissinger on a shuttle flight between NYC and DC. He was very sweet to me! A couple months later, I sat behind Al Sharpton on a different shuttle. He wasn't happy that I sat so close (open seating on that one) and he glared at me at every opportunity he had.
Down here in the Palm Beaches, I attended a birthday party for Lilly Pulitzer at her museum when she turned 80. She was lovely!
The software edited the name of the man who played Rob Petrie on his own show in the early 60s. For those too young to remember, who may be trying to figure it out, Mary Tyler Moore played his wife, Laura.. Too funny!
