I am wondering if anyone watched the new show Ready for Love? It was on after the Voice. They match a bachelor up with women. (Tonight it was the lead singer from the band Plain White T's who seems like a really nice guy). But what makes it different from the other matchmaking shows is the best matchmakers (in the world supposedly) pick the girls and coached them before and after the dates etc.
Well anyway, my problem with this show is the matchmakers tell them HOW to act and what they did wrong. Ok what happened to acting like YOURSELF? I can see the matchmakers might know who will match with the guy BY their personalities. That makes sense to pick certain women for the guy.
BUT I can't see telling them how to act to get him. I mean, if he doesn't like you for yourself why bother? To me its phony and game playing in a way to act otherwise. Anyway I was just curious about this show and now that I've seen it I wont be watching again.
