Hi. I ordered a set of the peppermint stick 64 oz on that same day and mine are still processing. 

ETA: my order is a one-time order.

@wonderfulworld UGH. I just checked my order status and see that my order for 2 of the Orange Cocoa and Cream are listed as "in process" and the delivery date is listed as yesterday. 

Is yours a one time order or A/D? I ordered on A/D and wonder if that might be an issue. 

@Beth-QVC Can you please check to see if there was an issue with philosophy orders for this item?

I ordered July 1st [thinking that was the smart thing to do, haha] and when it didn't arrive, I wrote a nice email to CS/social team and they replied in a very short time that  my EDD was now July 18th, if that helps.  Waiting again till close to the 18th to write/call/something...kind of disappointed/makes me lose interest in what I purchase when there is an  unexplained delay.

One time order and did not receive an email regarding shipping, only the reply from social team folks

Ordered mine on July 3 and it's still in process. Recieved and email a few days ago saying it is delayed but I should receive it by July 18.

Now today I get another email saying it is delayed again but I should receive it by July 20 th. No option to cancel on the order I might add.

This was the reason they stated in the email

They are sorry for the delay as they continue to make adjustments to support our team members during the ongoing local and global health concerns.

Thank you all for your replies. My EDD was yesterday as well.  I haven't heard anything about my order.

I guess we will have to keep this in mind when the holidays come around.

Recently I have had pretty good luck with other deliveries. I wonder where these shower gels and other philosophy products are manufactured?

Since Philosophy was sold to Coty, they're no longer cruelty free and are produced in China.

It may change to the 20th like mine did. Mine was supposed to arrive on the 12th.
