"With your Q card". Not every customer has or even wants a Q card.  I won't be shopping.

I've been a QVC viewer/shopper for 20+ years.  In the past year I purchased exactly 8 items from them including one where I had a $15 off $50 coupon.  I do most of my shopping at HSN, Macy's and Blair where I have found better products and prices.  Wouldn't miss QVC at all anymore.

I don't have--or want--a Q card. I don't buy many TSV's, especially in the last couple of years. They're usually boring or just not a real value. So free shipping on TSV's til the end of October is of no real use to me.

Lately I've been exploring some of the catalogs I get, and comparing prices with QVC. When I need to replace some things, mostly clothing, I'll be ordering from other companies!

You make a good point about not NEEDING anything from QVC....

And that's the rub.

They offend the long time customers who are STILL buying stuff they don't "need" but want, who are willing to spend discretionary dollars on "stuff".

Doesn't seem too bright.

And the perk for existing customer?

You have to use a Q Card, for  free shipping on TSV's thru the end of this month ( about 12 more days) while the NEW customer gets 15 free ships thru end of Jan.2023.

O well. 

I checked the Program Gude and I dont' see anything I want in the TSV's.

And isn't the Q card a store credit card with 50% interest on balances or somesuch (Exagerating, but I pay mine off each month and don't want ANY more cards....)

Where is that new Chief People Officer* when you need her?

New broom needs to sweep clean the people who are making these shower decisions before one day we turn on QVC and the screen is black.

The Chief People Officer may have been hired to right this sinking ship by cost cutting.

If they are primarily a retailer, as many posters like to proclaim, there is so much in unnecessary expense:  studios, hosts.....

And another thing we forget....waht they pay to be on Direct TV, DISH , satellite and cable providers....contracts that sometimes they can't renegotiate to a lower price...

Of course they COULD ditch the duplicate channels ....we dont' need three or more QVC and HSN channels...do we?

I wish I would have known that.  I ordered the TSV this morning and didn't use my qcard and of course I can't cancel it now even though it's only been two hours.  Bummed1

@Toots711   I don't have a Q card (nor do I want one) and I do not use EZ-pay.   So, sadly, that offer does nothing for me.   However, in the past 2 years I have only ordered 12 items from QVC and had to return 3.  I used to order quite a lot, but since I can usually purchase the same items elsewhere for either the same price & no shipping fees or even at better prices with no shipping fees, I haven't been doing that much shopping with QVC.

@Boz   Hi. New shoppers do get free shipping until the end of Jan with up to 15 purchases. Free shipping for TSVs are for everyone until the end of Oct.
