Please forgive me if this has already been posted.  I thought I saw a written announcement by QVC this morning saying all "existing customers" would get free shipping on all TSV's through January.??  Did anyone else see this?  Or was I having a bad dream 😴🤣

I'm not sure if you dreamed it or not. I haven't seen it. However, I do know that's the least they can do. Loyal customers for 30 years have to pay shipping and newbies just coming on board get free shipping until January 31?

For new customers its great but for exisiting customers there are

no breaks. They think we want Easy Pays which I have never used.

So I wait for Free Ship days or I buy nothing.

Haha, you are correct!  Not a bad dream!  I had it turned on this morning, and thought I saw a banner that stated that.  I knew they said they were going to do something for the rest of us, so I was checking to see if anyone else saw that.

I hate to be THAT person, however, I feel for me the damage is already done. I'm very disgruntled now. And they can keep their free shipping on TSV's. I'm done.

It's not until the end of January like the new customers get to enjoy. It's till the end of October which is about two weeks. Wow. Unbelievable.

Existing customers can get free shipping TSV's until the end of October if you use your Q card.
