Yes, I saw it on "New Day," CNN's morning show. It was wonderful to see. That cop needs a promotion!! The boy later said when he grows up he wants to be a football player or a cop. Good examples can be set . . . it can be done!

I think it is a nice thing that he did but I really don't understand the big deal over it. It seems like something so ordinary that would happen easily. Not something that should make the world news.

Guess we live in such an awful world now that any small kindness is viewed as amazing.

Sad really.

Personally, I like these kinds of news clips.....they are uplifting. No one knows what an impression that cop made on this little boy.

Very nice. Now the cop has a friend to chat with on his rounds and someone who, if he ever sees anything bad happen, will most likely help out the cop by telling him what he knows. Smile
