My sister has this thing. Her hair got wrapped up in it and shredded the piece of hair because she had to literally pull it out. Went in the trash.

When I first saw this item (on Amazon) I read the reviews and the negs sounded so SCARY that you couldn't pay me to use anything that sucks my hair into something I can't get it out of! Some people had to break the darn thing to get their hair out or cut off chunks to get it to release. I saw the poor model on Q get her hair stuck in this "curler". I'll stick with my Kiss Instawave. No problems and great curls...and no tangles.
