I received my 17' Dell laptop 2nd week of December. I use it mostly at work for work. I got it to make it a little easier for me working if need be on a Sat or Sun. This wasn't a luxury purchase and certainly not one that I could easily afford. Having said all that, I had to call Dell today and they stated that I needed another one. It had 'blown up' and they even advised me to turn it off and not to try to back up as it could be a fire hazard. It will take up to 3 weeks for another one to be delivered. They couldn't give me a date per se, so I'm having it delivered to work. Problem with that if it gets signed for someone other than me and gets 'lost'....... I was on the phone for a couple hours and was transferred to 6, I said 6 different people. Okay, I'm done venting, thank you. Oh I do have another Dell laptop I bought years ago with not one minute of trouble. Hope I didn't just jinx my little laptop. Ugh. Have a Blessed New Year.
