I just want to let anyone who purchased E168220, Dell Desktop Computer when it was the one-time only YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO GET SPEAKERS WITH IT! My sister and I each ordered one of these and neither received the speakers. She spent the better part of Monday making phone call after phone call and getting a round around from everyone. Everyone claimed they did not come with them. I have listened to the video and he clearly states you get everything, with the comments coming at the beginning when he discusses the tower and monitor. ALSO the pictures you can pull up show speakers (at least as of today).

QVC and Dell have dropped the ball with this one. Reading the comments people are being told they don't come with speakers and are discussing using old ones or buying new. DO NOT BUY NEW ONES! I have written to customer service and if they do not send me the speakers AND send all of us apologies for this, then I am sending the computer back and requesting a refund for the return cost. For QVC to still be telling all of us to buy speakers because they do not come with it makes me wonder what is happening to them. I have been shopping with QVC for over 22 years and the past year have seen too many errors like this. We need to demand what we paid for; who in this day and age would think you should have to buy the cheapest part of the computer!
