Just about everything that everyone thinks they know about "Deflate-gate" is from an unsourced ESPN report issued right after the Pats/Colts game. Now nfl.com is reporting more details have emerged. The latest is " eleven of the 12 footballs used in the first half were judged by the officials to be under the minimum of 12.5 PSI, but just one was two pounds under. Many of them were just a few ticks under the minimum".
Why then were they even being checked. Scuttlebut is that the Colts were told by the Ravens that they had suspicions about the Pats' footballs. Sour grapes on both their parts. This will all come to nothing.

I do believe this will all come to a big fat zero as well, most in Patriots nation are also tired of hearing the 'cheating' card when there is no evidence to support it.

Exactly.
Who would trust the NFL to tell the truth or even really try to look for it?
There's a serious lack of integrity in pro sports.

It was blown out of proportion. ESPN needed something to put on air.

The NFL only cares about money. Football is one big money machine. They wont do anything about the deflated balls. Heck they even cater to the players that are criminals half the time. (Can you tell Im NOT a fan of football...period? lol)

I always thought that it was much ado about nothing.

LOL. Why would anyone be surprised that nothing would come of this? They've had plenty of time to recreate the story to their liking, ranging from blaming it on a lowly attendant to accusing the Colts, to blaming the air temperature to now claiming it was all just a made up story by some vague source. Just play the Superbowl and move on. No one was every going to be held accountable and never will be.
