I would also like to say that the QVC social team is some of the best in the business, as well as many of the customer service reps I have spoken to over the course of 30 years.
I can proudly say that both are top notch and I have never had a problem that each team could not fix and in a rapid and most kind and professional way. Kudos to both teams.

I would like more attention to accurate product description by the hosts. Of course some things are relative. Then please describe "soft" as soft as cotton, or soft as burlap.
I've had to return things because things were misrepresented by the hosts, however, have not found this to be the case on-line.
